Professor Ileana Calotescu

graduated from the Faculty of Civil Engineering in Foreign Languages, English department in 2007 and advanced studies in Structural Engineering in 2008. She obtained the title of Doctor of Technical Sciences from the Technical University of Construction Bucharest in 2012 in the field of civil engineering with the doctoral thesis entitled: "Stochastic modeling of wind action and wind response of buildings", benefiting from an 8-month training internship for the development of the thesis at the University of Genoa, Italy.

Areas of expertise: design services for metal structures (industrial halls, multi-storey structures, telecommunications poles), consulting services in the field of wind engineering.
